This form is used to request use of the Genesis Church campus for ministry events, meetings, and outside community gatherings. Requests are reviewed based on availability, staffing, event needs, and alignment with Genesis policies.
After your request is submitted, a Genesis staff member will review it and contact you about next steps.
Building Usage Request
Submit early
Please submit your request at least 6–7 weeks before your desired event date when possible. This gives our team time to review the request, confirm availability, and prepare for any needed communication.
What to expect after you submit
Wait for approval
Submitting the form does not guarantee approval or reserve the space. A Genesis staff member will follow up with you after your request has been reviewed.
Communication
Once approved, events may shared through Genesis communication channels when appropriate, such as the weekly newsletter, bulletin, announcements, social media, calendar, or website.
