In partnership with the City of Fayetteville, we employ our unhoused neighbors three days a week to clear litter across our community. Each day they receive fair pay, a hot meal, and access to showers.

During each workday, they are welcomed into a supportive environment where they are treated with dignity, encouraged, and connected to spiritual care, emotional support, and local resources—planting seeds for holistic renewal.
